The Puree Made Easy™ Starter Kit provides caregivers with a simple, repeatable system for preparing safe and beautiful pureed meals. Instead of serving pureed food as an unappealing mash, this system helps transform meals into recognizable, appetizing dishes that encourage better nutrition and enjoyment.

A step-by-step booklet showing the full Puree Made Easy™ process from preparation to plating.
Specially selected molds that shape pureed foods into recognizable forms.
This transforms puréed food from an unappealing scoop into a meal that looks familiar and appetizing.
Clear visual examples showing the proper puree texture.
The correct texture should resemble pudding consistency, smooth and uniform.
A simple workflow that guides caregivers through the entire preparation process.
Prepare → Blend → Mold → Heat → Serve
The goal of the system is not just better food.
It is helping caregivers feel confident preparing meals every day.
At Puree Made Easy, we are here for you every step of the way to provide support and resources to help ensure every meal is safe, appealing, and easy to enjoy

Start with foods that are properly cooked and easy to blend into a smooth consistency. All you need is a food processor and a strainer

Blend the food until it is even, consistent, and appropriate for texture-modified meal service. It should be pudding consistency and pass the spoon test

Follow the recipes to add a small amount of thickening agent options to help the purees hold their form to create the final presentation

Our molds are selected to create a visual appeal. They are approximately 3-4 oz so they will cook evenly and provide the correct nutrition

Place the purees in the molds, cover tightly with plastic wrap. Cook in oven 350 for 15-18 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 F

Unmold on to a plate then add sauce which will create a visual appeal that entices consumption
• How to create safe IDDSI-style puree textures
• How to mold puréed foods into recognizable shapes
• How to plate purees attractively
• How to improve appetite and dignity at meals
The International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative (IDDSI) is a globally recognized framework used by healthcare professionals to classify food textures and liquid thickness levels for people living with swallowing difficulties.
The system helps ensure meals are prepared with the correct consistency so they are safe and easier to swallow while still providing proper nutrition.
Puree Made Easy™ focuses on IDDSI Level 4 Pureed. At this level, foods are smooth, cohesive, and require no chewing. When prepared correctly, pureed foods should hold their shape on a spoon while remaining soft and easy to swallow.
By following IDDSI principles, caregivers can prepare meals that are both safe and visually appealing, helping restore dignity and enjoyment at mealtime.

Food presentation plays a powerful role in appetite and emotional well‑being. When puréed food is shaped and plated attractively, it looks like a real meal again. This can increase appetite, improve the dining experience, and restore dignity to individuals who rely on texture‑modified diets.
Food is more than nutrition. It is comfort, routine, and dignity. Puree Made Easy™ was created with that in mind, helping caregivers prepare meals in a way that feels more organized, more respectful, and more sustainable over time.
